1. Mechanical Completion Supervisor

• Oversee completion workflows and punch-list finalization

• Ensure mechanical systems meet client specifications and HSE compliance

• Coordinate with QA/QC and commissioning teams

2. Painting & Corrosion Inspector

• Conduct coating inspections and surface preparation verification

• Monitor corrosion protection measures (e.g., cathodic systems)

• Maintain compliance with international painting standards (e.g., NACE)

3. Piping Supervisor

• Supervise installation, testing, and alignment of piping systems

• Manage field activities according to project schedules and specs

• Lead troubleshooting and liaise with design/engineering teams

4. Scaffolding Supervisor

• Ensure safe and efficient scaffolding erection/dismantling

• Perform regular inspections and risk assessments

• Coordinate with site operations to support construction access needs

5. Site Cost Control Supervisor

• Track and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows

• Support procurement, change orders, and financial audits

• Advise project management on cost optimization strategies

6. Site Planner

• Develop and monitor baseline project schedules using Primavera or MS Project

• Integrate construction workflows into overall planning systems

• Identify delays and recommend corrective actions

7. Steel Structure Supervisor (Civil background preferred)

• Supervise erection of steel structures including welding, bolting, and alignment

• Ensure civil interfaces (foundations, anchor bolts) are coordinated

• Prioritize structural stability and compliance with IFC drawings

8. Subcontract Administration Supervisor – Compressors (BH)

• Manage BH compressor-related subcontract scopes

• Ensure vendor milestones, technical specifications, and deliverables are met

• Conduct regular progress reviews and risk assessments

9. Subcontract Administration Supervisor – Mechanical

• Oversee multiple subcontractors across mechanical packages

• Support tender evaluations, contract execution, and claims management

• Maintain alignment between engineering and execution

10. Turn Over Coordinator

• Coordinate system handovers from construction to commissioning

• Track documentation, punch list closures, and subsystem readiness

• Liaise between QA/QC, vendors, and operations during turnovers
