The InterContinental Hotels Group properties in Dubai Festival City comprise of four inn brands. Your day today
The Assistant Maintenance Manager manages the engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members. This role also champions risk management and carbon reduction strategies within the hotel, with a focus on continuous improvement. Working closely to maintain the hotel in peak condition, complying with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and InterContinental Hotels brand standards.
What we need from you
You will hold a tertiary qualification or advanced vocational training plus four years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have a specialized level of expertise and trade qualification in either plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or carpentry and hospitality experience would be an advantage.
